On May 16, 2022, the China-aid Project of Kagera Vocational Training and Service Centre of Tanzania (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) has successfully passed 8 days Completion Acceptance organized by AIECO. CQEC undertook the Project Management work of the Project.
Mr. Yuan Lin, Counselor of the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the United Republic of Tanzania, and Mr. Li Qing, Deputy Director of the Agency for International Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China attended the on-line meetings of Completion Acceptance, and expressed their praise for the remarkable work done by the Project Management Team of CQEC.
The Project is located in Bukoba, Kagera region of Tanzania. Teaching buildings, office building, training workshops, teachers' apartments, dormitories, canteen, other auxiliary space and outdoor supporting facilities are built, and necessary training equipment and office furniture are provided. Total construction area of the Project is about 6,077㎡. This Project will play a very important role in vocational education and the industrialization of Tanzania.
In the nearly past three years after the commencement of the Project, our site management team overcame the Covid-19 epidemic impact and local harsh working conditions, strictly applied the China-aid project management rules and successfully accomplished this comprehensive vocational training center. Which promotes friendship between China and Tanzania, and shows the capability of project management of CQEC in overseas projects.
With the design and management experience gained in dozens of China-aid projects, CQEC will continue to explore, innovate and strive to build more high-quality China-aid projects in the future and make contribution to China-aid as a reputable Chinese project management enterprise.
