Handover Ceremony Held in Cuba for two China-aid Solar Power Projects

The handover ceremony was held for two China-aid Solar Power Projects in Cienfuegos, Cuba.

The two projects are 4MW Solar Power Plant in Bina de Leo and 5MW Solar Power Plant in Cienfuegos. CQEC is the engineering design and project management company of these two projects. The projects were started on November 08, 2016 and passed all acceptance tests on April 12, 2018.

The smooth handover of the two projects is a testament to the close cooperation between China and Cuba and will lead to wide application of green energy in Cuba.

Moreover, the successful construction of the two solar power projects marks a breakthrough of CQEC in Central American market. From the implementation of such projects, CQEC has also accumulated experience on the project management under the self-built mode of the recipient.
