On Apr. 08, 2020, CQEC signed a design contract with JSC "TGEM" to set up its electrical equipment factory in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The factory will cover a land area of 70,000 square meters for about 50,000 square meters construction area, on which more than 10 individual buildings will be designed and constructed including the metal structure workshop, the electrical apparatus workshop, the solar water heater workshop, the elevator workshop, the energy meter workshop, the hot-dip galvanizing workshop, the administration building, the staff dormitory and dining hall etc. CQEC will undertake the preliminary design, detail design and on-site technical service of the entire project. Our core competitiveness in the power transmission and distribution sector and quick response helped us win the trust of the client. It is the first engineering design project of CQEC in Tajikistan after the successful accomplishment of our engineering design projects in the “Belt & Road” countries like Pakistan, India, Indonesia and Egypt. The implementation of this project will promote the bilateral cooperation between China and Tajikistan for the export and transfer of China's advanced technologies, processes, plants and materials to Tajikistan, which in turn will help Tajikistan to develop its national industry, enlarge the regional market share and social progress. CQEC will form an experienced design team for the project, adopt the up-to-date technologies, take all measures to meet the requirements of the client, to make this project a new model in Central Asian countries.
